Cross country running: Area, perimeter and lengths of the sides of a rectangle.

The cross country running team is practicing on a 250m route.  The route is around the soccer field, and we know that the perimeter is exactly 250m because it was measured on this satellite picture.  We know that the route measured was a rectangle with square angles.
The distance down the rainbow track is 65m.
How long is each side of the rectangle?
What is the area of the soccer field inside the route?

    the side closest to the rainbow track and the side nearest to our classroom are both 65m long and the side closest to the playground and the side nearest to the nurse office are both 60m.
    60x65=3900
    the area of the soccer field is 3900 m2.
