any one of the people who are borrowing money. Write a reflection about their challenge and how people lending money could help.
I think the "kiva" thing is cool and good for others, because it can help others and if you do it people will give it back to you.
ReplyDeleteI found out that not everyone that needs help are poor, like I have seen one that has his own farm!!But he want to go back to school but don't have extra money to buy school supply.

I think Kiva this website is cool because we can see the people who need help what did they want us to gave them how many money and when they have more money then they will gave the money you gave them.

I think KIVA was a very good tools, because you can help other people. Like you first give the people you want to help 20NT and when he or she get money they will give it back to you, so that you help people and you didn't pay any money.

I think KIVA is very good , because you can help other people , but I don't no how to use.
ReplyDeleteWe help others, and they will give us back money. But that is, only if the person borrowing the money can get better in sales. I saw a guy selling mobile phones and credit cards, he is married and he has five children. But, I feel that only people who doesn't need to lend money like him does those kinds of jobs, so I don't know how he got that job. But I'm not sure. Just guessing.

I've learned the word "KIVA" from a book on raz-kids, which was called The Case of the Vanishing Anasazis. So the word "KIVA" means a pit or a hole in the ground where the Ancient Anasazis put gifts that they consecrate to their religious god. THe website probably means that you give or in another way lend money to people who are in need. Anyway I thought the stories behind the people are sometimes quite sad, but the conclusion always sounds nice. it talks about how they already have some money to help their family business work better.I also thought that the website must need a lot of money to send the money you lend to the people and then send the money that the people have paid back, and it might be lots of trouble converting the currency from different countries. One day if I have a chance I would like to try and lend those people money.

I think KIVA is really a good website that you can help other people. I this website I saw a person called Rosemary, she is 38 years old. She lives in Africa's Kenya.She want$600 to buy a water tank and irrigation pipes for her farm. Her farm have coffee, bananas, maize and beans. She marry with three children who are aged 16, 14, and 5 years. I wish I can help those people to get the things that they want and also lend them the money.

I think this is a great website. I found a person called Grace she live in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines, and she need 700 dollar to buy the product for her mini-store, because she need to keep her family good. I want to donate the money, so I think that I am going to chat with my mom. And the money you can get it back,it's really cool.

I read a story about Maria. She's from Capatan, Tuguegarao City, Philippines. She is 60 years old and she has 8 children. She needs money because she has no more things to sell. So, she has no money now. If I can I will help her by giving her some money, because my mom said if we have power to help other people we should try our best to do it.

in kiva a person named Raquel Armando need 300dollars to buy corn seed, insecticide fertilizer, tools, etc. because the last time he harvest he didnt get what he expected so he needs money. i think if you really want to help someone you should just give the money and not get it back
